Your tariff includes a complimentary platter on arrival, plus generous breakfast provisions for you to prepare a hearty cooked breakfast including bacon, eggs, cereal, bread, jams, plunger coffee, tea and fruit juice.

WEEKEND (rates are for 1 or 2 people Fri to Sun)
• Minimum 2 nights
• Check in 1pm, check out 10.30am
• $450.00 per double / two nights
• Extra persons $50.00 per person, per night

MIDWEEK (rates are for 1 or 2 people Sun to Thur)
• Min 2 nights
• Check in 1pm, check out 10.30am
• $350.00 per double / two nights
• Extra persons $50.00 per person per night

Additional notes:

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, which is payable by cash, cheque, EFT or credit card (Visa or MasterCard)

Weekly accommodation packages are available by arrangement

Gift certificates are also available

Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.

Due to the configuration and nature of the cottage, Hartnoll Park is unsuitable for children and pets. However, babies are welcome at no extra cost.

CANCELLATION POLICY

•	Bookings may be deferred without penalty if notified within 14 days of confirmed arrival.
•	The deposit is refundable, less a $15.00 admin charge, if cancellation occurs up to 21 days prior to confirmed arrival.
•	The deposit is not refundable if you cancel within 21 days prior to your confirmed arrival.
•	Part Cancellation is not accepted.
•	The owners of Hartnoll Park reserve the right to cancel any booking, due to unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances, in which case, a full refund of the deposit will apply.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

•	The deposit constitutes an understanding that you accept & agree to abide by the terms and conditions of occupancy of Hartnoll Park.
•	Balance of payment is due on arrival.

•	The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial.
•	Hartnoll Park is let for for a maximum of 4 people only & exclusively for holiday accommodation. The use of the cottage & its facilities by additional persons is not permitted.
•	Damage, breakages, theft and loss to any part of the cottage or its contents are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay & must be paid for by the tenant.
•	Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check in time is 1pm. Check-out time is 10.30 am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for the next guests.
•	Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
•	Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
